GAUSS is taking part in the “System-level mission” in Brazil as a representative of the Italian space technology field and a contributor to the aerospace cooperation between Italy and Brazil.
The mission is taking place on 23, 24 and 25 November 2016 in São José dos Campos (São Paulo, Brasil), at Parque Tecnologico and INPE Headquarters.
The initiative is organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation – with the support of the Italian Embassy in Brazil -, the Ministry of Economic Development, CONFINDUSTRIA, the Italian Trade Agency – with the support of ICE Office in São Paulo -, ABI (Associazione Bancaria Italiana), ASI (Agenzia Spaziale Italiana) and AEB (Agência Espacial Brasileira) – with the support of INPE (Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais) -. It aims at fostering business opportunities in various fields, such as the developement of the aerospace market, enhancing the already existing scientific, technological and industrial relations between these two Countries.
The event brings together institutional and private bodies, space agencies, stakeholders, universities and research entities of the space industry, aiming at promoting ideas and proposals of industrial cooperation between Italy and Brazil in the aerospace sector.
During the Workshop on the industrial brokerage “Dallo sviluppo al mercato spaziale”, one of GAUSS aerospace engineers is giving a presentation on the Company’s best practices in technological offer, resulting in its services and products.
A scientific Workshop is held to discuss education, research and innovation of Brazilian Aerospace Engineering.
Promoting direct contacts between Italian and Brazilian industries, giving an insight of the prospects of joint initiatives in the space sector, discussing technical, financial and economic analysis of space programs and sharing best practices are the purposes of the participants to this mission.
